Hypnotize Yourself to Lose Weight



To change your body weight permanently you must create the habit of changing the self image of yourself through visualisation. Change the picture you have of yourself through forming an image of yourself in your mind. You do this by imagining yourself looking and feeling exactly how you want. If you are doing this for weight loss imagine seeing yourself exactly as the body shape and image that you want to have. Imagine hearing what people are saying to you when you've lost the weight and what you are saying to yourself having lost the weight. Also know the power of thought where it has been discovered that a single thought turns on or off 1000 of your genes through the power of Epigenetics. Rather than see yourself as somebody who is 20 pounds over weight see yourself as somebody who is in control of your weight so you will act like a person who is in control of their weight.  You will change the behaviour because you have changed the vision! As you focus on the goal you want you'll see yourself unconsciously starting to make the decisions that will get you to where you think you belong. Change the picture and you change the performance!

As a master Hypnotherapist myself I strongly support this technique for achieving what you want. By creating a vivid neurological picture of having already achieved the goal you are automatically reprogramming your unconscious mind to produce all of the necessary behaviours required to achieve the goal!
